Pierre Titti, Minister delegate to the minister of finance

Born on 18th December 1959 in Douala, Pierre TITTI is a Senior Administrative Officer, graduate from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) in 1985. He acquired a rich and long experience on Economic and financial matters at the former Department of Budget. From 1987 to 2007, he was Chief of service for Legal Commitments; Chief of service for Accounting Commitments; Interim Sub-Director of Budget Execution; Sub-Director of Budget Preparation, Director of Budget, then Director General of Budget, position he held at his appointment as Minister Delegate to the Minister of Finance in September 2007. His brilliant contribution to the economic recovery of Cameroon crowned by the attainment of the completion point of the HIPC initiative, earned him a special distinction by the Head of State in 2006 to the rank of Commander of the National Order of Valour.
