The Minister of Finance, Louis Paul MOTAZE, has honour to bring to the knowledge of Authorizing officers, Project Owners, and Delegated Project Owners, Financial Controllers, Public Accountants, as well as Economic Operators that, the 2023 State budget goes into execution as from January 1, 2023.
Consequently, he invites all actors involved in the budgetary chain, to take part in the launching ceremonies of the 2023 State budget to be organized in the Headquarters of the financial jurisdictions on January 16 and 17, 2023.
