The Head of State His Excellency Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroon 🇨🇲sent an envoy in the person of Mrs Louis Paul Motaze Minister of Finance, to carry a message to his brother and peer, the President of the Republic of Congo His Excellency Dénis Sassou Nguesso. After Congo, the envoy of the head of state went to the Central African Republic 🇨🇫 for the same cause.
